I have over 7 years of experience working as a GIS Professional on natural resource management and conservation projects. I am a certified GIS Professional currently working in the Geospatial Center at USAID. I have experience with a broad range of software and technical skills integrating desktop, server, database, mobile, and web technologies. My specialties are in conducting business GIS needs assessments, developing geospatial data management workflows and strategies, designing and implementing spatial data infrastructures, as well as performing many of the traditional desktop GIS tasks such as conducting spatial analyses and creating cartographic products for print and the web. My latest passions are in streamlining business GIS tasks through scripting and automation and in making data more accessible, sharable and interesting by mashing up services and developing and integrating web map applications.
